Everything you need to know about donating

Is my online donation tax-deductible?
Yes! Online donations are processed through The Life Care Center of Dover, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) organization. You will receive an official receipt for tax purposes. Check donations made to The Life Care Center of Dover, Inc. — please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.
Can I donate in memory or honor of someone?
Absolutely. When donating online, use the notes/memo field to indicate who the gift honors. For check donations, include a note in the envelope and we'll acknowledge your tribute.
When will the library upgrades happen?
Our goal is to reach our fundraising goal of $12,200 by April 1st, with a dedication on April 15th. We'll post updates here as we make progress!
Who is organizing this campaign?
This campaign is a joint effort between the Holy Cross High School Alumni Association (Classes of 1963–1987) and the Knights of Columbus #4182, in partnership with The Life Care Center of Dover, Inc. as our 501(c)(3) fiscal partner for online donations.
How do I know my donation will actually be used to purchase library furniture?
This campaign is managed directly by the Knights of Columbus #4182 and Holy Cross High School Alumni Association — not the school or parish administration. All funds are held in a dedicated account solely for this project. The Alumni Association will purchase the furniture directly from vendors. Updates will be made available and a dedication will be available for all donors. Please be sure to provide contact information if you would like to be a part of it.
